Cartoon on the Internet being regulated. (February 2, 2006 9:31 PM)

I think that the "regulation" of the internet referred to in this cartoon, drawn during this time period, is going to be applicable to ANY time period, any Presidency, majority shift of power that takes place in Congress, or the Supreme Court, for the so called "foreseeable future".
Which is a term that I've been having a hard time defining as of late.

It is rather ironic to read this cartoon lampooning Clinton, then read about the current administration issuing subpoenas for internet records left and right, claiming justification by "keeping America safe."
Say, does anyone else remember a Big Bother who kept a nation enslaved by waging an unending war?
