Cartoon on the prisoner abuse scandal (May 14, 2004 5:18 AM)

My thoughts exactly!! Even before the horror of Nick Berg, every time the Abu Ghraib pictures came on the tube, my first thought was, "Hey, they still have all their parts, attached to their bodies! No missing toenails, fingernails, feet, hands, arms, eyes, ears, noses, tongues--ALL THERE! I am heartsick over Mr. Berg. This is a tragedy, not some guy on a leash, which also requires a head to keep the leash in place. Our yapping, yowling Senators need to see the detainees' pics alongside the Nick Berg video before they say one more word against our military. Saddam Hussein and Al-Qaeda they're not!

In some pictures, they have a part of someone ELSE's body inside them...

And does their action against us justify ours against them? An eye for an eye makes everyone blind.

Do no wrong and have no wrong done for you. therefore you wont be blind.

The abuse scandle while wrong was well over played in the media and needed to be stopped. Thanks Jim
